Negative Energy on Mining Gadget never charges in the Charging Station. #17

The issue is this line does not check first if the charge value is a negative value and so never charges it: https://github.com/Direwolf20-MC/ChargingGadgets/blob/master/src/main/java/com/direwolf20/charginggadgets/blocks/chargingstation/ChargingStationTile.java#L109

Possible solutions:

setting the negative value to 0
absolute value the negative value to convert it to positive.
