Many EPICS devices use the same Enum options.

Having no central collection of these leads to code duplication.

For example, multiple devices use ON/OFF enums.

Would it be useful to create a file in Dodal common to address this?

I think this is a good idea! We can also use it to help us try and standardise more in controls too
