I'm not sure any of these tools are going to help much at this stage, or if an external tool is even necessary.
It might be better to set guidelines for how to contribute to the blog, and then develop a set of instructions for that process. If we could devise a way to do that without relying on Github for author submissions, that would be a great razing of a barrier.
