Description of the bug:
When I try to resize the window, the UI does not change to fill the extended area, it only fills it with black space.

Steps to recreate the bug:

Attempt to resize the window by dragging the bottom right corner down to the bottom right of the screen.
Notice that the UI only stays at its original size in the top left.
