App doesnt open

Hi, I am having some issues starting the whole app.
I tried using scoop and I installed successfully the latest version of ffmpeg through it. Afterwards I tried to open the SpeechTranslate file from the assets but nothing opens up. There is a little window that shows up but then closes immediately so I couldn't really see if there was an error message shown in it or something like that. Are there any tips for starting the app?
