Linux crosscompilation: error due to includes with different casing than the file #170

Linux is case sensitive, so includes like <Windows.h> give an error due to the file being named windows.h

This repo is thought mainly to be built on windows, but I would be happy to adjust all the names, if you can store a list of wrong ones aside windows.h.

Thank you, I'm happy to hear you're open to making these changes, I can send you a few commits with the changes for your convenience. I was hopping I could had done it half an hour ago but got a few interruptions and then needed to update a few things in github first. It will be just a few minutes now.
