Small UI theme bugs

Steps to reproduce the bug

Since we don't have a discussion section, I'm opening this here.

Also, I'm finding little UI visual bugs that I've tried to fix didn't manage to fix. In innertunne 0.5.10 they are not present, plus the UI has continued improving. Maybe we should port the new stuff here?

Here's the list so we have an idea of the problems:

• Search bar background becomes indistinguishable when using dynamic theme.
• Miniplayer not matching bottom bar background color when no dynamic theme (which dynamic theme follows)
• Wrong selector header size in some places: Selector header size bug #130

Expected behavior

• Searchbar should be visible when dynamic theme is on
• Collapsed player should follow bottom bar theme

Actual behavior

• Searchbar ins't be visible when dynamic theme is on
• Collapsed player doesn't follow bottom bar theme
