Cropping picture issues

When taking a picture via the Kloak application you are not able to select which portion of the picture to upload. In the picture below if I attempt to move the box to the lower portion of the picture it will bounce the box back to it's original position at the top.

You are also currently not able to 'shrink' the picture to allow the entirety of the media to be uploaded.

AFAIK this is a limitation of the allowEdit functionality in the Cordova Camera plugin.

In my opinion, we should only be using allowEdit when capturing a new avatar photo, not when posting one to the timeline/feed.
