The command should be like evalai challenge create --file=<path_to_zip_file>
Please feel free to ask if you have doubts.

Hi, @sinAshish Welcome to CloudCV! In order to start with the issue please take a look at the code in challenges.py for creating commands. You might also want to take a look at the EvalAI codebase for the API.
