Assignee filter missing after changes in previous PR

The assignee filter implemented in #384 was (likely accidentally) removed when a change to the filter bar behavior was implemented in #382

Actual Behaviour
The assignee filter seems to be missing from the next committed PR #382:

Expected behavior
The assignee filter should be in the filter bar. Example from #384 shown below:
