BubbetsItem: Stuck at 99% on loading screen

When running BubbetsItems on RoR2, the game only gets to 99% before throwing a NullReferenceException error, and then it simply hangs completely.
I've tried to get assistance on the RoR2 Modding server, but was unable to get much help there, however I was suggested to make my post here so that you can look into this, as I am unsure if the issue pertains to a mod conflict, or something with RoR2 itself.
I'll attach the log file below so you can take a deeper look into this.
