For example, if I feed it this
INSERT INTO wp_commentmeta VALUES("2","2","akismet_history","a:4:{s:4:\"time\";s:15:\"1338309628.1275\";s:7:\"message\";s:28:\"Akismet cleared this comment\";s:5:\"event\";s:9:\"check-ham\";s:4:\"user\";s:0:\"\";}");

I get this
INSERT INTO wp_commentmeta VALUES("2","2","akismet_history","a:4:{s:4:"time";s:15:"1338309628.1275";s:7:"message";s:28:"Akismet cleared this comment";s:5:"event";s:9:"check-ham";s:4:"user";s:0:"";}");

Notice the unescaped array entries

Any news on this? Tried the script yesterday to fix https://gist.github.com/jasperf/a7d2d4472982ebbf7d5e , but it did not seem to work..
