Zoom Controls Are Difficult to Use For Trackpad Users

Problem

As a trackpad user, zooming in and out in a controlled way is very difficult. See GIF for an example of a typical experience while attempting to zoom as little as possible:

In this example, Trackpad controls are on, and Zoom sensitivity is set to 1.0. Setting to 20.0 results in an even less usable experience.

Suggestions For Fix

Zoom Keyboard Shortcut

A keyboard shortcut like (Cmd+Plus/Cmd+Minus) to incrementally zoom in and out would help the trackpad/laptop user.

Zoom UI Controls

Plus/Minus controls in the UI for the piano roll and sequencer would give another way to control zoom.
