Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our doc does not explain how to consume, in the case of external silos in Azure, data that reside in an Azure storage belonging to the external tenant.

Describe the solution you'd like
The PV/PVC route (what we used for consuming local data) should work.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We hoped to give the attached compute (from main tenant) a UAI to allow access to the storage account for external tenant, but UAI's do not support cross-tenant scenarios.
