Execute CAT in Offline Mode against already gathered controllerData.json file

When working with customers who are modifying their DefaultThresholds.json file to customize maturity levels for their organization, even small changes require a full execution of CAT. In larger environments, this can mean several hours waiting for the results of a level tuning change.

Can we implement a function that can be executed on a already gathered data set, allowing users to more easily create reports and verify their maturity level tuning?
