Feature Request: Upload to alternate marketplaces

Hello there,

VScode is not my primary editor but I heavily rely on it only because of this extension. I don't use the official version - instead I use its open source counter part vscodium.

Up unitll recently I was able to go the vscode marketplace and dowload the vsix file and install it into vscodium. But apparently as of writing this message the vscode marketplace doesn't show this option anymore.

Considering this, I think it would be best if you make the extension available of marketplaces such as Open-VSX. This would be greatly appreciated.
