建议

TODO：卸载插件的时候，如果其他插件的Requirement里有他，则报错并告诉用户哪些插件依赖该插件，请先卸载依赖他的插件。

安装插件的时候都有问题呢
我今天发现，安装插件的时候，指定版本，不能指定 >= ，是精确比较的
等于这个能力没法用
