A tuyere is crafted via a double plate of either bismuth bronze, black bronze, bronze, copper, wrought iron, steel, black steel, blue steel, or red steel on the anvil
which a double plate is crafted with 2 ingots (or 288 millibuckets) of the metal/alloy if you mech press the metal/alloy (or use greg tech machines for the higher grade steel) into plates, then weld them, then smith the tuyere
The tuyere then smelts down into 576 millibuckets of the original material, which is enough to make 4 ingots of the metal/alloy
Allowing you to duplicate quite a few of the TFC metals/alloys in the game
