"Sync to editor file" feature. Add hotkey and button on the Project panel.

"Sync to editor file" is very handy feature especially when CudaText reopened.
To use the feature more convienent I suggest add button on the Project panel.
Additionally, could add hotkey and mode when "Sync to editor file" executes automatically when active tab with file changed.
At the moment need click to Plugins/Project manager/"Sync to editor file" menu item.

1. hotkey. can be added already, via Cmd Palette dialog, as usual.
   (F9 key there.)

2. mode to auto-call 'sync', maybe can be added.
   @ildarkhasanshin don't want to help here? pls use 'lazy event' on_tab_xxxxx so Project Man won't be loaded when it's not needed.

3. Proj Man new toolbar btn. i don't like the idea. too many btns there already. they almost don't fit by width in default installation.

In the "projtoolbaricons/.." folders different files - .png and .svg, but not in all folders. In some folder .svg are absent that looks like a mess. Is svg required?

Svg is not used at all. Its just for painters men.

• add: Project Manager: add toolbar button "Sync project-tree with current editor file"

• change: Project Manager: remove toolbar button "Remove node", it's needed not often

возможно добавить доп. параметр у hint='-' для цвета разделителя?

Due to "sync" is more commonly used operation than others I suggest move to the rightmost position.
Icons like "open/save" usually located to the leftmost position in the most applications.

There are many "things", in my opinion, which looks excess for the file tree. The popup menu is overloaded by "Project file" and "Root nodes".
That items should be exist only for project nodes.
I guess that the first (top) item on project panel is "node".
So, removed unnecessary project items, will free space for items from "Selected directory" and "Selected file".
But it is too significant changes and I dont claim the truth. )

кстати, да, можно ведь динамические контекстные-меню выводить
например, так реализовано в cuda_ftp

стоит переделать?
