sdrpp does no start with windows ?

when starting "sdrpp.exe" in windows, the program starts but seems to stop before showing the whole options (see screeshot attached)
There is a SDR device connected to an USB-Port, which is recognised for example with rtl433 software, showing the following message when starting :

did it look broken like that on the first start?
If yes you need to update your graphics drivers.

Secondly, run sdrpp.exe from a terminal with the -s parameter and post what it prints from start to finish here.

yes, it looked so at the first start.
I tried to run it on a Dell Latitude E6410 laptop, the drivers should be actual.

Starting with a terminal wirth parameter -s shows the following messages :
