Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Additionally, install AdGuard Extra via the Userscripts app
2. Go to https://www.kinopoisk.ru/media/article/4010525/

However, if you open the site in Safari Private mode, there will be no advertising. But I open the Kinopoisk website on my smartphone very rarely (maybe 2-3 times a month).

Expected Behavior

Ads should always be blocked.

Actual Behavior

I sometimes see ads until I clear the cookie.
