[PE-D][Tester C] Able to accept invalid long phone number

Able to add an invalid very long phone number, this may be especially important as you guys have a phone feature which helps the user copy phone numbers for easy contact so perhaps there should be a limit on the length of phone number or more ways to check the validity of phone numbers?
