-If it is certified it is not Deleted
-If there is a running experiment will not be deleted
-If there are NS instances in OSM will not be deleted
-if it is not the above cases then:

  • Try to OFFBOARD
  • all ExperimentDescriptors that reference this NSD the reference to NSD descriptor should be NULL and add a description that the NSD of this ExperimentDescriptors is deleted
