Update Service Guide documentation to reflect new community-site feature

The community leads will need to opt-in/out of this product. We should ask them:

1. Do you want community documentation alongside your Hub?

If yes, 2i2c engineers will follow the procedure for deploying documentation outlined in #5335.

We need to formally develop this process and document it in our service guide.

Definition of Done

• The purpose / function of community documentation is communicated (documented) through our service guide
• The feature/service has been added to our product menu.
